Full Job Description
Leidos' Defense Sensor is seeking a Program Coordinator to support our Persistent Surveillance Portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive program management support to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with program managers, engineers, government contracting officers, subcontractors and play a key role in supporting the procurement process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage program schedule, budget, communication, and documentation.
  • Maintain program calendars, deadlines, budget, and milestones.
  • Assist with the procurement process, including researching potential vendors, preparing requisitions, and managing purchase orders.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for program meetings and conferences.
  • Manage program databases and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field) and 4-8 years of experience in program administration, preferably in a government contracting environment or Master's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field) and 2-6 years of experience in program administration, preferably in a government contracting environment.
  • Proven experience supporting complex programs and projects.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be a US citizen, possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain secret clearance.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Huntsville, AL


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Project and creating/managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMSs)
  • Experience with procurement processes, including vendor research, requisition preparation, and purchase order management.
  • Experience on construction management projects.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
