QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the
next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as:
1. Providing expert analytical, advisory, and oversight services for complex acquisition programs and contracts;
2. Monitoring contractor performance for compliance with contract terms, performance work statements (PWS), service level agreements (SLAs), and deliverable schedules;
3. Identifying performance deficiencies and recommending corrective actions to the Contracting Officer (CO);
AND 4. Conducting risk identification and mitigation planning in coordination with Program Management Office (PMO).

This position has been designated as a Defense Acquisition Workforce position and the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification Tier: Practitioner and Career Category: Program Management. Incumbent must obtain and maintain certification in accordance with DoD Instruction 5000.66. Acquisition Workforce (AWF) members must complete 80 hours of Continuous Learning Points (CLPS) every two (2) years, in accordance with DoDI 5000.66. Commencing from the time the member enters an AWF position throughout his or her continuous tenure in the AWF. Obtaining certification within the allotted grace period and maintaining CLPs before and after achieving certification are conditions of employment.
