Responsibilities

Compensation:
  • $90,000 - $110,000 / year

Responsibilities:

Analytical Leadership
    • Gather, validate, and analyze data sets coming from a range of source across commute, campus, and on-demand programs
    • Identify trends, develop forecasts, and offer strategic recommendations to improve service and efficiency.
    • Monitor performance metrics and SLA's including ridership, OTP, GPS, fleet maintenance intervals, parking occupancy, and incident reports.
    • Collaborate with clients and client stakeholders to fulfill reporting requests and provide actionable insights.

Program Reporting & Storytelling
    • Develop dashboards and scorecards in Power BI for internal teams and external client use.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to inform MBRs, QBRs, and client presentations.
    • Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to communicate key findings and outcomes.

Operational Collaboration
    • Partner with Dispatch and Operations to monitor and validate incidents and service reliability.
    • Deliver actionable insights to Program Managers to support client communications and decisions.
    • Field incoming questions and issues across chat, email, phone, and tech platforms, supporting real-time decision-making.

Optimization & Insight Delivery
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service performance and client value.
    • Recommend operational changes to Program Team based on historical data, current metrics, and predictive modeling.
    • Support new business planning efforts by contributing data-informed logistics strategies.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience analyzing data, interpreting trends, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including advanced skills in Excel and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience supporting programs, projects, or operational initiatives in a professional environment.
  • Experience in transportation operations, transportation demand management, transit, mobility services, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.

Preferences:
  • 1+ years of experience building and using PowerBI dashboarding and data visualization.
  • Proven ability to identify trends, develop strategies and implement solutions to drive results.
  • Knowledge of Transportation technology like Tripshot, and systems or ability to learn quickly.
