Program Analyst
The Opportunity:

As a defense mission professional, you9ll bring your analytical, strategic, and technical expertise to work on projects for the Navy. You9ll provide program management support and work with key stakeholders to create and maintain program budgets, review contracts, and project cost accounting. You9ll help with tactical

Planning using resources like Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, and have regular interactions with the Program Manager, program sponsors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), schedulers, customers, and project analysts. You9ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we9ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You9ll guide the work we do for the Navy and the solutions we deliver for military missions and capabilities.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience operating as part of a large, complex staff in a high-tempo environment
  • Experience in project and financial management
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of NEPS or ePS system
  • Ability to develop and manage data calls such as the planning and execution of budgets, cost estimates, and task planning sheets to completion
  • Ability to support the clients with management and oversight of acquisition systems, programs, and platforms
  • Ability to coordinate with all stakeholders to meet or exceed delivery dates
  • Ability to effectively use the Microsoft 365 suite, including Microsoft Teams, Planner, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience collaborating with U.S. Navy organizations such as OPNAV, SYSCOMs, warfare centers, or Fleet stakeholders
  • Experience with the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) program
  • Knowledge of the POM and PPBE processes
  • Knowledge of the Navy 30-Year Shipbuilding Plan
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor9s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual9s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen9s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
