Salary Requirement: $115,000 - $135,000 ***This is an estimated salary range. Compensation will be commensurate with experience*** Position Type: Exempt

Clearance Level Required: Secret
Functional Description: - Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/systems project acquisition and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Advise Level 1 leadership in cost, schedule and performance of projects with the air traffic management portfolio.
- Review, update and provide recommendations for project budget, budget exhibits in support of POM initiatives.
- Track, manage and support acquisition milestone documentation.
- Perform analysis in in support of cost, configuration management and review documentation in support of projects with their respective milestone.
- Support IPTs, track and manage action items to completion.
Required Experience :
Senior - over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 5 of those years performing management, technical, or business case analyses and collecting, completing, organizing and interpreting data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
Desired Experience :
at least 10 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
Education Requirements : BA/BS degree or supplemental experience is required.
