Conditions of employment- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access. A pre-employment and recurring comprehensive background investigations are required.
- A Personnel Security Investigation is required.
- This position is a Testing Designated Position subject to pre-employment screening and random testing. Selectees will be required to consent to participation in random drug urinalysis testing.
- This position is designated "Mission Essential". In the event of severe weather conditions or other such emergency type situations the incumbent may be required to report to work or remain at work as scheduled to support mission operations.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes
Directing comprehensive multi-echelon strategic plan evaluations to identify strategic capability gaps; AND
Authoring enterprise planning technology investment strategies with user feedbackto generate investment recommendations for enterprise planning software;
AND Leading interagency operational risk workshops to forecast organizational resource demands;
ANDDefending multi-year program budget portfolios to align funding with strategic objectives.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
