Position Title: Program Analyst, Journeyman (PMA 213)

Location: Patuxent River, MD
Clearance Level Required: Secret
Functional Description: - Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapons/project acquisitions and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted process for documentation, change control management and data management.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Analyze program/project financial plans and input data into approved trackers, Navy / PMA web applications.
- Manage, review, engineering change proposals to assist in project planning / scheduling.
- Assist in development of project planning, program documentation, and CDRL management in support of program efforts.
- Provide acquisitions and programmatic support to leadership as required.
Required Experience :
- Journeyman level - at least 3 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Proficient in MS. Office suite of applications.
Desired Experience :
- Experience with Navy Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) application.
- 3 or more years' experience supporting NAVAIR acquisition programs.
Education Requirements : BA/BS degree or related field or supplemental experience is required.
