SUMMARYWe are seeking a mid-level Program Analyst to support a thriving contract in Southern Maryland
RESPONSIBILITIES- Working with teams on a mission planning software system
- Perform functions/role within the Agile SAFe software development framework
- Ability to learn new technical areas quickly
- Ability to perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis)
- Ability to perform technical analysis and work with SMEs to solve problems
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Effective communication skills, including ability to develop and present briefing slides
- Ability to work effectively in person and virtually
- Travel once every 2 or 3 months
- Ability to hold secret level clearance
QUALIFICATIONS- Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret, must be a US Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related work experience.
- Experience working with software or DoD platforms (preferred).
