Location: Patuxent River, MD

Salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $104,000 a year

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.

Aether Aerospace is seeking a Program Analyst to support the U.S. Navy's PMA-231 Program Office at Patuxent River, MD. This role will provide financial and programmatic analysis supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of funding, procurement, and program performance for the GSSA portfolio. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams to develop reports, forecasts, and executive-level briefings that support informed decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the successful execution and sustainment of critical Naval aviation programs.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with the management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSA
  • Provide reports, data calls, and attend meetings as required
  • Analyze financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports
  • Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
  • Forecast project future expenditures
  • Monitor budgets and compare actual performance against targets
  • Prepare clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions
  • Ability to perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis)
  • Ability to work with project schedules, track tasking, and provide status to leadership and the PMA
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication skills, including ability to develop and present briefing slides
  • Other duties as assigned


KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Clearance: Active Secret clearance (with ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance)

Education and Years of Experience: 5+ years of related work experience. Bachelor's degree in finance, or accounting (desired)
  • Familiarization with CSPT, PMT, and ERP
