Program Analyst

Location: Hybrid/ Arlington, VA

Clearance: Public Trust or able to obtain

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000

We are actively seeking a Program Analyst to support a federal client's international engagement and partner coordination mission.

Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to include in our proposal for an upcoming government contract. Applicants selected may be contacted for further steps if the contract is awarded.

Work Description:

In support of a federal client's international engagement activities, the Program Analyst helps senior officials prepare for and execute engagements with foreign government and international organization counterparts. The analyst develops the written products those engagements depend on, coordinates the logistics and security requirements they involve, and tracks resulting commitments through to closure. The analyst also maintains subject-matter depth on an assigned set of countries, regions, and international organizations so that reference materials and recommendations are current and available on short notice. Work is performed at a Government facility in Arlington, Virginia and through approved telework, with occasional early-morning or evening participation in virtual engagements across time zones and occasional domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities: The AI Developer will support tasks such as:
  • Draft and edit briefing materials, talking points, issue papers, situation reports, and readouts for senior officials
  • Plan and support bilateral and multilateral engagements - meetings, delegations, exchanges, and working groups - including agendas, materials, itineraries, and interpretation support
  • Coordinate visit requests and security screening for foreign visitors, and support on-site execution including escorting and note-taking
  • Track taskings, clearance actions, and commitments to closure against firm suspense dates
  • Maintain subject-matter depth on an assigned portfolio of countries, regions, and international organizations, monitoring relevant developments and keeping reference products current
  • Maintain stakeholder records and engagement history, and help sustain standard operating procedures and onboarding materials

Requirements:
  • U. S. Citizen
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain a federal suitability determination
  • A valid US Passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active TS with SCI eligibility
  • Prior experience supporting federal international affairs or security policy
  • Familiarity with foreign travel procedure
  • Regional expertise
  • Data visualization expertise
  • Senior executive support
