Department:
Administration and Planning | Facilities, Design and Construction

Provides direction to ensure process consistency for capital projects in Facilities Design and Construction. Responsibilities include ensuring the proper application and management of business practices, processes, and workflows that support capital project activities from inception to completion. Prepares a variety of reports and analysis. Assists in the monitoring of project scope, schedule, cost and quality of projects. Reports directly and is accountable to the Director of Program Management with a strong business partnership with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, A&P Shared Services, Director of Projects and senior level management.
May require successful completion of a criminal background check.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience and 4 years of relevant experience.

Desired: Ability to effectively interact with senior management and external offices; extensive written/verbal communication skills for liaison with user clientele, senior management, contractors, consultants & regulatory agencies; computer skills-must be proficient with various software applications, including project scheduling, project management, spreadsheets, databases & work processing; ability to establish priorities in a complex environment; multi-tasking and time management skills; flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and demands; knowledge of construction industry, practices, and terminology. Knowledge of Ohio Revised Code 153 and Ohio State policies and procedures

Additional Information:

Target Salary Range: $75,700-$98,900 annualy.

The actual salary paid to an individual wiannuallyll vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, internal equity, etc.
