The Work You'll Do

Client Engagement: Deliver service excellence by identifying and addressing complex client business issues, serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

RFPs: Lead the response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and other client opportunities, shaping solution approaches and guiding pursuit teams.

Project Management: Lead and oversee multiple project teams, ensuring the quality, consistency, and impact of deliverables across large and complex engagements.

Data Analysis: Oversee and validate analysis, ensuring recommendations are aligned with client objectives and the broader engagement context.

PaPM: Drive and leverage the use of SAP PaPM and advanced analytics to deliver strategic insights.

Profitability and Costing: Lead the design and implementation of profitability and costing methodologies.

Development and Deployment: Steer the development and deployment of technology-driven business solutions, including automation and machine learning.

Leadership: Manage and develop diverse teams, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback to support professional growth and project.

The Team

Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows and handshakes.

Our Profitability, Costing, and Allocations team partners with clients to optimize financial processes. We deliver actionable insights and technology-driven solutions that enhance transparency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making across the organization.

Required

Profitability, Costing & Allocations Experience: 10+ years of technical or advisory-related experience in profitability reporting, product/service costing, and cost allocations.

Leadership: 5+ years of direct people management experience, including leading teams on complex projects

Project Management: 4+ years' experience overseeing multiple project teams, experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role); experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources.

Data Analytics: 4+ years' experience working with and managing data sets, including extraction and mergers from source systems, transformation, and providing preliminary descriptive analytics.

Technology: 3+ years' experience BW/4 HANA / Native HANA Model with PaPM Model; working knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and/or Oracle

Sales: 2 + years' experience with pre-sales, proposals, and RFP activities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in the following majors with relevant analytics or data management focused coursework desired:

Technology: Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems

Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients/industry sectors you serve.

Preferred

PaPM: Direct experience in designing and implementing SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM); assist with defining the data model in PaPM, support integration discussions, guide on standard capabilities in PaPM and drive design of the business rules.

Analytical Tools, Applications, and Programming Languages: Experience with a variety of analytics tools and programming languages e.g. Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, CostPerform, SAP, Oracle, Oracle EPCM, Hyperion, Anaplan, Big Data Tools (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Impala, Mahout), Machine Learning/Cognitive (e.g., Python, Mahout, CognitiveScale), Predictive Analytics/Data Mining: (e.g., IBM SPSS, SAS Enterprise Miner, RPL, Python, MATLAB)

Client Focus: Strong commitment to the client

Education: Master's degree in the following majors with relevant analytics or data management focused coursework desired. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,700 -$322,900.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
