Lead surveying and mapping projects by producing accurate survey drawings, completing Civil 3D drafting, and supporting projects from field data through final deliverables.

What you'll do:
• Perform surveying and mapping for a variety of land development and infrastructure projects
• Prepare survey drawings, plats, and technical documentation using Civil 3D
• Complete drafting work independently with minimal supervision
• Utilize electronic survey equipment and field data to produce accurate deliverables
• Ensure project quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards
• Coordinate with project teams and provide technical support
• Assist with project management and leadership responsibilities as experience allows
• Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining high technical standards

What we're looking for:
• Active Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) license (required)
• Proven surveying experience
• Proficiency with Civil 3D
• Ability to independently complete surveying and drafting assignments
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when required
• Leadership or survey project management experience is a plus
