DePuy Synthes is recruiting for aProfessional, FinanceDatahub.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may berequired, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. The Professional, Finance Datahub is an experienced individual supporting the design, execution, andtransformationof enterprise finance dataplatformswithin the Finance Applications IT organization.
This role sits withinITEnterprise Applicationsand supports the SAP Finance Datahub platform by enabling efficient data management, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Controllership organization.
This positionoperateswith a higher degree of independence, partnering closely with Finance, IT, and data stakeholders tosupport anddeliver robust finance data platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, implement and support core finance data platforms including but not limited to SAP BW4HANA, SAP S4 Finance, Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting,SAP SAC Planning,and SAP MDG Master Data Governance.
- Design, develop, andmaintainfinance dataplatforms,datapipelines, and data architectures to support enterprise reporting and analytics
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data through validation, reconciliation, and data quality controls
- Support the design, development, and enhancement of data architectures and data warehouse solutions
- Buildanddeliverdata pipelines, integrations, and backend data processing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, standardization, and consistency across systems
- Identifyprocess improvement opportunities and drive automation and efficiencies in data management and reporting workflowswith AI.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related fieldrequired
- Masters degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred
Experience and Skills
Required
- 4 6 years ofhands-on experience planning, designing,deliveringand supporting finance platforms including SAP BW4HANA, SAP Data Integration (ex. SLT and SDI).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Basis and SAP platformarchitecture andmanagement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations
Preferred
- Experience planning, designing, and supporting SAP Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Sphere and SAP BDC and integration with downstreamclouddata platforms (ex.DataBricks, Snowflake, AWS)
- Experience developing SAP applications including SAP ABAP, SQL, and CDS Views.
- Experience with SAP MDG and data connections with SAP cloud platforms.
- Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data architectures
- Experiencedelivering S/4transformation initiatives
- Understanding of financial processes, reporting, and data managementprinciplesOther
- Language Requirements: Englishproficiencyrequired
- Travel: Up to 10% domestic travel may berequired
- Certifications:SAP,CPA, CFA, or data/analytics certifications preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
79,000.00 - 142,000.00 USD Annual
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
