The Professional Education and KOL Manager for Mammotome is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in support of the company's clinical, scientific, and commercial objectives. This role is also responsible for the planning, execution and management of key physician education events, including centers of excellence training events, physician speaking events, physician education events, advisory board meetings, webinars, and more.
This position reports to the Director of Marketing, is part of the Americas Commercial Marketing Team, and is located onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Lead KOL Strategy: Develop and execute a long-term KOL engagement strategy aligned with Mammotome priorities, establishing consistent, value-driven partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Serve as primary liaison to physicians, surgeons, and HCP institutions, building and sustaining trusted, long-term relationships.
- Physician Education Programs: Design and deliver comprehensive education initiatives (CoEs, hands-on workshops, breast fellow events/workshops, site visits, and physician-led training).
- Event & Program Execution: Plan and manage all education events, advisory boards, and user meetings, and provide tradeshow support, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Oversee HCP documentation and Sunshine Act reporting; analyze event outcomes to drive data-informed improvements.
The essential requirements of the job include:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, management, education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in professional education, clinical affairs, marketing, or sales
- Previous experience working with KOLs
- Medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry experience
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:- Ability to travel up to 40%, for on-site event coordination and support with certain seasons having higher travel needs than others (Spring season - 40%), (Winter / Fall - approx. 25 - 30%, Summer - 10-20%)
- Overnight domestic and/or international trips ranging from 1-7 days
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:- Managing physician education programs or Centers of Excellence
- A background in breast care or oncology

The annual salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
