What You'll Do:
  • Take technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating a wide range of assignments.
  • Lead the planning and development of projects that tackle unique and challenging environmental problems.
  • Serve as the go-to liaison with key engineers and geologists, both within and outside the company, acting independently on technical matters.
  • Receive overarching guidance on big-picture objectives while independently solving complex problems.
  • Communicate directly with clients and regulators to keep them informed and aligned on project status.
  • Mentor junior staff, imparting company standards and technical design methods to the next generation of engineers.


What You Bring:
  • Experience: 5-7+ years in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
  • Licensing: Professional Engineering license.
  • Bonus Points: Specialty certifications and membership in industry-related organizations like SWANA or ASCE.
  • Technical Prowess: Expert in AutoCAD, stormwater conduit, and pond design. Proficient in all D&O landfill model design calculations.
  • Project Management: A proven track record in planning, developing, and managing multiple small to large projects.
  • Communication Skills: Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
