Your RoleAs Production Supervisor - Succession, you'll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential. Your scope includes:
- Drive optimal management of occupational health and safety, target production sequence and product compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor operating parameters while developing action plans to close performance gaps and resolve challenges.
- Engage employees through meaningful interactions, ongoing communications, and a team approach toward meeting production goals while nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Achieve operational efficiency objectives associated with your business unit's strategy by optimizing available resources, rigorously applying business processes and establishing an effective communication and leadership system.
- Support workforce planning, scheduling and approval of weekly hours worked.
- Manage performance in support of achieving KPI's and team objectives.
What You BringYou're a natural fit for Production Supervisor - Succession if you have:
- High School Diploma, bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or Business Administration. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Willing to work 10:00pm - 6:00am Sunday - Thursday with occasional additional support where needed as the business grows.
- 3+ years' experience in leadership and lean continuous improvement processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Leadership and a collaborative spirit that inspire and engage teams to achieve excellence.
- Ability to solve problems and prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer skills to include MS365 and SAP or ERP software.
