Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in project management or a supervisory role.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Expert knowledge in manufacturing/operations concepts and practices.
• Experience in training staff on production and manufacturing equipment usage.
• Advanced understanding of plant operations management alongside lean principles.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and team building; experience with line startups and CNC/automated assembly troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic management team member driving improvements in safety, quality, cost, and morale.
• Lead all operations to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production through lean practices.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to meet business goals and customer needs.
• Supervise and direct teams of 300+ employees, including exempt staff.
• Manage employee performance with a focus on growth, training, and compliance.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to align objectives.
• Oversee departmental budgets and performance metrics according to company plans.
