- Coordinate activities across teams including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, and Quality.
- Oversee mold setup and changeovers to align with production schedules and capacity requirements.

As a Production Group Leader, you play a crucial role in supporting the broader organization by leading this dynamic department. Your leadership ensures seamless operations, optimal resource utilization, and the development of a skilled workforce. By aligning production goals with LEGO's strategic objectives, you contribute to the company's mission of delivering exceptional products that delight customers and uphold LEGO's reputation for excellence.
Do you have what it takes? A degree or technical training in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or Automation is desired. Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within injection molding or highly automated environments.
Must have: - Demonstrated leadership experience managing production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes, mold setup, process validation, and troubleshooting.
- Proven success in driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with highly automated manufacturing systems, including robotics and digital platforms.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.
Nice to have: - Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality management systems like ISO 9001.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance coordination and equipment reliability strategies.
- Background in plastics technology or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills to identify production trends and improvement opportunities.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and automation teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing business demands and operational conditions.
- Proficiency in digital manufacturing systems and data-driven decision-making.

CompensationThe salary for this position has a range of $104,327.00 - $156,491.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
