What You'll Do:As a
Production Planning Analyst at JCI, you will be the analytical backbone of the Planning & Analysis team. Reporting to the
Commercial Operations Manager, you will build and run the models needed to allocate production capacity against customer demand and scale our facilities. You will translate data from across our operations into the insight and performance metrics that show how we are performing and where we can improve. You will also help design and build the cross-functional processes and systems that connect our commercial and production teams as we scale our operations.
Who You Are:You are analytical first, with a strong instinct for how to use data in a production environment. You are equally at home digging into a complex model, developing a process where none exists today, and improving one that already does. You take ownership of your work, surface issues and opportunities proactively, and are comfortable operating independently across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.

- Cross-Functional Process Development & Improvement: Help design, build, and maintain the processes and systems that connect our business and production teams as we scale.
