Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
This candidate is expected to work across multiple cross-functional teams, Manufacturing, Supply chain, and Engineering teams to achieve both tactical and strategic goals. Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the production process and drives to resolution and closure of a wide range of issues.
Partner with manufacturing to perform capacity analysis to support what-if scenarios, forecast changes, planning for production growth, and growth in spares business to support worldwide install base of tools
Collaborate with key partners (purchasing and engineering) to ensure Engineering Change Orders are communicated to and implemented in manufacturing in an efficient and timely way
Understands and maintains critical path of BOMs in area of responsibility and drives engineering to maintain BOM alignment to manufacturing process
Attends and actively participates in manufacturing production status meetings, On-Time-Starts meetings, and all other required meetings
Open, manage, and close work orders timely to ensure correct factory cost absorption
Identify potential supply risks and inventory exposures by reconciling material availability against manufacturing capacity and production plan targets. Develop and drive mitigation plans as necessary
Escalate where and when necessary to management
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count activity and promptly resolve variations through reconciliation activity
Engage manufacturing teams and key stakeholders in the continuous improvement process to ensure assigned projects are identified, prioritized, and executed to ensure success
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience (low volume high mix preferred) and having supported New Product Introduction and sustaining manufacturing
Strong presentation and clear communication abilities.
Preferred SAP experience
Articulates thoughts, concepts, and ideas concisely in both formal and informal situations
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, understanding of VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, tables, chart reporting, and data sorting
Strong proficiency in organizational and time-management skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates adaptability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Motivated: enthusiastic; strives for excellence; continually seeks to improve self and company; ability and strong desire to grow with the company
Ability to support, participate, and simultaneously drive multiple tasks and projects successfully
APICS certification a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
Base Pay Range: $90,500.00 - $153,900.00 Annually
