Production Planner IPreferred Candidate Identified Woodward is seeking to hire a Production Planner I for our Industrial division reporting in to Fort Collins Colorado. The Production Planner I is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demand and support on-time delivery. Monitors inventory levels, coordinates with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams, and tracks production performance to help resolve issues and improve efficiency. Uses ERP systems to manage planning data, prepare reports, and support accurate execution of production plans.Estimated hourly base pay: $29.81 (min) - $38.46 (mid) - $47.64(max) -Overtime eligible

Key Responsibilities:- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure that manufacturing processes are completed on time and meet customer demand.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials / semi-finished / finished goods to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Coordination with Departments: Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to align production activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitoring Production Progress: Track and analyze production planning performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficiency.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to production plans, schedules, and inventory status.
