Job Title: Production Manager Classification: Salaried Exempt Reports To: Operations Manager Department: Plant Administration Location: Plymouth, Indiana Position Summary The Production Manager is responsible and accountable for leading safe, efficient, and customer-focused production operations at the Plymouth, Indiana facility. This leader drives operational excellence through hands-on engagement, continuous improvement, and the development of people.
