As a Production Manager I, you'll join a relationship-focused team that values honesty, fairness, hard work, performance, and a genuine passion for construction. Working in the growing modular construction industry, you'll help lead the production of volumetric modules, bathroom pods, and wall panels that improve efficiency, quality, and speed to market for our customers. As a key leader within our manufacturing operations, you'll oversee daily production activities, support and develop team members, and ensure safe, high-quality, code-compliant products are delivered on time and within budget. You'll partner closely with Sales, DfMA, Compliance, and Project Management teams to create seamless project execution from design through installation while continuously improving processes, workflows, and production performance.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $109,000.00 - $142,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
What You Bring
- 4-6 years of production, manufacturing, construction, or operational leadership experience, with the ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred and demonstrated experience supervising employees, developing team members, and maintaining accountability for safety, quality, and production goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across Production, Sales, DfMA, Compliance, and Project Management teams.
- Proven commitment to safety, continuous improvement, process optimization, and delivering high-quality, code-compliant products on time and within budget.
- Passion for construction, manufacturing excellence, and leading people in a culture built on honesty, fairness, hard work, and performance.
Nice to Have- Experience in modular construction, prefabrication, manufacturing, or production line management.
- Familiarity with volumetric modules, wall panels, bathroom pods, or other off-site construction methods.
- Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process improvement experience.
- Experience managing production schedules, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of construction codes, quality systems, and production reporting tools.
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment supporting projects from design through installation.
