What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Alignment: Contribute to the company's long-term vision by aligning production capabilities with strategic business objectives.
  • Resource Optimization: Manage manpower, equipment, materials, and space to meet production demand and ensure efficiency, capacity, and competency alignment.
  • Budget Leadership: Participate in budget planning while optimizing manufacturing expenditures to balance performance goals and cost control.
  • Leadership Excellence: Provide direction and mentorship to your team while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Hands on background in production operations within a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to support and grow employees, with a focus on team development
  • Expertise in lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with standards, such as AS9100 and AS9145, plus a working knowledge of painting, machining, molding, and circuit card assembly.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing software (ERP systems) and strong technical skills, including mastery of the Microsoft Suite.
  • Stellar interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a systemic mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.

Compensation:
  • Base salary: $105,000 through $140,000, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.


This position may involve access to items subject to U.S. export-control laws. Employment is contingent upon the employee's authorization to access such items under applicable law. The company does not guarantee and is under no obligation to seek such authorization if it would be necessary.
