Full Job Description
Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)

As a Production Supervisor with Trane Technologies, you will help lead daily operations in our Clarksville, Tennessee facility by promoting quality, cost effectiveness, and efficient production. In this role, you will oversee a production shift in a high-volume, lean manufacturing environment and work closely with cross-functional leaders to support team and plant objectives.

What You Will Do
  • Lead daily production shift operations with a focus on safety, quality, cost, delivery, and output.
  • Monitor material usage to help maintain smooth and efficient production flow.
  • Identify and support process improvement opportunities that advance plant goals and ongoing programs.
  • Partner with leaders across Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Communicate team goals and plant-wide initiatives clearly and consistently.
  • Support employee training, development, and positive employee relations.
