Join our Raymond Team as a Production Engineer - Assembly!

The Role:

We're seeking a passionate and Production Engineer - Assembly who brings expertise to the table. In this role, you'll focus on assembly processes while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps and future-state layouts for Assembly (FIRST2030), aligning with long-term manufacturing strategy
  • Lead capacity modeling and long-term constraint elimination for Assembly lines
  • Own capital planning, justification, and approval for Assembly equipment and tooling projects, including budget, schedule, and risk management with regular updates to leadership
  • Develop equipment specifications, lead supplier selection, and manage design reviews and acceptance testing for new Assembly equipment, tooling, and fixtures
  • Lead manufacturing readiness (NPI) and process development for new products and major product changes on Assembly lines
  • Develop new product routings and labor standard times for Assembly processes
  • Lead deployment of major automation and manufacturing technology on Assembly lines, including installation, commissioning, runoff, and production ramp-up
  • Formally transfer newly deployed Assembly systems to Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations
  • Partner cross-functionally with Quality and Supply Chain to resolve component fit, sequencing, and material flow issues during new equipment and process deployment

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology
  • Two years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment or related field
  • Ability to work and communicate professionally at all levels within the organization
  • Computer proficiencies to include the ability to prepare reports and justifications
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and measurement methods
  • Working understanding of manufacturing methods and processes
  • Able to interpret and create 2d and 3d CAD for manufacturing processes and equipment

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $73,840 - $106,845 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
