THE WORK
As a Production Control Asc. Manager, your role will be integral to the Production Operations team within our Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) division located in Orlando, Florida. Here, you'll immerse yourself in a culture of continuous process enhancement, collaborating to identify and eradicate inefficiencies that occur within our production processes. This role will be responsible for leading a team of Production Control Coordinators and Make Planners who plan, schedule, and execute development and production work that supports multiple Lines of Business at RMS
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Functionally leading a diverse team of 16 Production Control coordinators and planners
• Establishing and leading a functional strategy and uniting the team around a common mission
• Leveraging data as proactive health indicators to identify risks to production, drive decisions and continued process enhancements
• Collaborating cross-functionally to continue to drive synergy between teams and resolve issues
• Driving towards executing to a consolidated plan in MRP, focusing on leveraging the capabilities of COS to drive efficient execution and ensure success
• Enhancing process consistency and knowledge continuity to promote repeatability and efficiency
• Managing functional budgets including MSRV and DCI
WHO WE ARE
Our functional group, the Production Control team, is composed of 46 professionals with a range of skills and experience. You will be leading a team who supports a portfolio of programs ranging in complexity in conjunction with a team of support and production assembly team members. Furthermore, our team actively collaborates with various integrated teams to ensure seamless support throughout the production process, ensuring successful delivery of contracted projects for our valued customers. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the TLS factories and their programs operate on schedule and meet commitments. We drive momentum through action and focus on the small wins while driving towards the overall objectives.

Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience with extracting and analyzing data to drive decision making
- Experience with concurrent production and development and managing change throughout the manufacturing lifecycle
- Prior experience working within a fast-paced production / manufacturing environment
- Experience in SAP/COS or equivalent Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system
Desired skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with RMS programs
- Ability to create a vision and strategy
- Advanced experience with SAP or similar MRP system
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $120,100 - $208,150. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
