Salary Range: $81,000.00 to $102,000.00
The anticipated salary range represents the estimated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, and may vary from the posted range
The Role
Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of exempt experience; Master's degree and 4 year of exempt experience
One of the following may be used as equivalent to a bachelor's degree to meet minimum qualifications:
NNS Apprentice School graduate
High school and 5 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience
Graduation from Navy Nuclear Power School
The following may be used as equivalent to the number of exempt years of experience required, in addition to the education requirement above: 6 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience

• Developing microlearning content that is short, focused lessons (under 20 minutes) improve knowledge retention
• Quick-reference tools such as checklists, flowcharts, or quick guides help employees perform tasks efficiently without overwhelming them with details
Project Management & Communication
• Communicate to convey information clearly, facilitate teamwork, and mediate conflicts among team members and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions to overcoming challenges that arise during projects
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements in the dynamic environment of project
• Prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and ensure that projects are completed on time
Continuous Improvement Experience
• Create engaging, differentiated lessons aligned with standards and organizational need
• Work effectively with colleagues, administrators, and parents to support student learning
• Experience with identifying and implementing process improvements
