Role Summary

The Product Strategy Lead Analyst supports the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of vendor-enabled product programs. This role partners across sales, technology, operations, legal/compliance, communications, and vendor relationships to ensure program direction, sales enablement, implementation documentation, and operating processes remain aligned to business objectives and market needs. The role may support one or more vendor programs for Cigna Medical clients.

Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Vendor Partnership Support
  • Partner with matrix stakeholders to support the overall strategy, operating model, and roadmap for assigned vendor-enabled product program(s).
  • Help translate strategic priorities into practical execution steps, including sales enablement, operational readiness, documentation updates, and partner engagement routines.
  • Document operational, technical, reporting, eligibility, and communication requirements required for successful implementation and expansion of product programs.
  • Prepare for and participate in internal and external meetings, capturing key decisions, action items, risks, and follow-ups to keep work moving forward.
Sales Enablement & Market Support
  • Maintain and refresh sales rules of engagement to ensure sales teams have clear guidance on program positioning, eligibility, escalation paths, and approved processes.
  • Ensure sales resource site materials remain current, accurate, and aligned to approved program guidance.
  • Create and update sales-facing materials, including training decks, talking points, FAQs, and other enablement resources; over time, build capability to independently deliver training to sales audiences.
  • Manage regular sales pipeline reporting, including intake, status tracking, trends, follow-up needs, and partner-ready summaries.
  • Provide sales support through timely responses, issue triage, RFP input, and coordination with internal subject matter experts as needed.
Implementation, Documentation & Technology Coordination
  • Ensure the technical implementation design document remains current and aligned to the applicable Statement of Work (SOW), approved operating processes, and program requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation or ongoing operations, partnering with technology, operations, data, eligibility, reporting, and vendor contacts as appropriate.
  • Support readiness activities, including documentation reviews, issue tracking, implementation checkpoints, and clear handoffs across business and technology partners.
Communications, Governance & Cross-Functional Execution
  • Develop clear communications for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and matrix partners to support awareness, alignment, process adherence, and change readiness.
  • Work effectively with key matrix partners across product, sales, technology, implementation, operations, legal/compliance, contracting, marketing/communications, and vendor management.
  • Support RFP library management by maintaining approved responses, updating recurring content, and coordinating review cycles to ensure materials remain accurate and reusable.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical enhancements to improve consistency, speed, quality, and stakeholder experience.

  • Comfort working with ambiguity, escalating risks appropriately, and recommending pragmatic solutions.


Success Measures
  • Program materials, technical documentation, and sales resources are accurate, current, and easy for stakeholders to use.
  • Sales teams receive timely guidance, reporting, and support that improves consistency and confidence in the market.
  • Implementation and operational issues are triaged quickly with the right business and technology partners engaged.
  • RFP library content and recurring communications are maintained with appropriate review and governance.
  • Matrix partners view the role as a reliable connector who supports strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 81,200 - 135,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
