  • Provide technical guidance for 'compliance by design' during New Product Introduction.

Full Job Description
As a Product Stewardship Specialist, you will ensure our products remain compliant and competitive by leading APC's product stewardship program. You will serve as a technical expert, coordinating responses to internal and external customer inquiries while developing deep expertise in the evolving global landscape of chemical and materials regulations.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide support related to product stewardship (e.g., EU REACH, RoHS, Proposition 65, PFAS, CMRT, EMRT, TSCA, etc.).
  • Monitor and interpret evolving global regulations.
  • Manage reporting for CMRT (Conflict Minerals Reporting Template) and EMRT (Extended Minerals Reporting Template).
  • Lead the identification and phase-out strategies for PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances) in response to emerging global restrictions.
  • Collect and validate declarations of compliance.
  • Develop and maintain compliance platforms and generate routine reports for customers and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide technical guidance to R&D and Engineering during New Product Introduction (NPI) to ensure "compliance by design".
  • This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
