Full Job Description
We are looking for a driven and technically minded Product Sales Engineer / Specialist. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, curious, persistent and comfortable working independently in a growth-focused role. This role is based out of our headquarters (Danielson, CT) and is 100% on site.

In this role, you will lead business development and revenue growth for our assigned product line. This role is responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities by creating demand, penetrating target accounts and markets, and executing customer and application-level growth strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Drive revenue and profit growth for the assigned product line by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute the annual business development plans that define target markets, applications, customers, growth objectives and strategies.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, industry resources, trade shows, referrals, digital tools and direct customer engagement.
  • Partner with the regional sales teams to develop and execute target customer penetration plans.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field. Demonstrated technical aptitude required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, application engineering, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience with technical products sold into engineered assemblies, manufacturing applications or similar industrial environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical, technical, strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems to document activities, manage opportunities, and track progress.
