You'll lead nonconformance investigations, drive resolution of quality issues, and champion continuous improvement across the full ACB product lifecycle - work that directly protects our customers and strengthens the Siemens name in the market.

You will make an impact by:
  • Own end-to-end quality for Air Circuit Breakers (ACB) across the region - serve as the single point of accountability for ACB quality, spanning design, manufacturing, and field performance.
  • Be the customer's trusted point of contact - manage quality issues directly and keep customers confidently informed at every step.
  • Lead cross-functional investigations into customer complaints - drive focused problem-solving teams to root-cause analysis and corrective action that actually sticks.
  • Own field escalations end-to-end - containment, failure analysis, corrective/preventive action, logistics, and the feedback loop that keeps issues from recurring.
  • Champion product safety - ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal quality requirements across the full product lifecycle.
  • Lead product quality resolution - identify problems, evaluate solution options, and implement action plans, partnering with manufacturing on long-term corrective action and stronger processes.
  • Turn data into action - monitor product quality KPIs, customer input, and production feedback, and open actions with key customer stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement - share lessons learned and best practices across the factory network as a senior quality voice.
  • Shape new products from day one - engage early in development, apply risk-based quality planning, and support DFMEA/PFMEA to catch failure modes before they reach the field.
  • Bridge the origin factory, European R&D, and the Dallas facility - own quality topics across all three, keeping design intent and regional execution tightly aligned as ACB products move from concept to production.
  • Partner with the Dallas plant quality group - work together with the factory-facing quality team, complementing their on-the-ground execution with regional, product-line ownership of ACB quality.
  • Guard the process - enforce disciplined change management and assess quality impact before any design or process change is approved.
