We are looking for an experienced and versatile Product Owner to support our Commercial Finance division, operating across 22 countries. This role spans multiple interconnected systems supporting a wide range of processes-from customer onboarding and credit origination to portfolio monitoring and back-office finance operations. The successful candidate will drive product vision, translate business needs into technical requirements, and deliver solutions in a scaled Agile environment.

Day to Day
  • Define and manage a comprehensive product backlog spanning multiple platforms, including:
    • A web portal for customer account and credit origination management.
    • A case management solution supporting workflows such as customer onboarding, annual reviews, credit line requests, dealer financing, and due date extensions.
    • A PowerBI-based dashboard platform for portfolio and performance monitoring.
    • A back-office finance system handling customer and program setup, billing, cash application, and credit management.
  • Oversee API platform integration that enables seamless data flow across systems and external parties.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal teams, and third parties to ensure delivery of scalable and compliant solutions.
  • Develop clear, actionable epics, user stories, and roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
  • Manage and document end-to-end testing plans, including UAT coordination and sign-off.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies across six delivery teams (Scrum Masters, RTEs, QA/testers).
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and country-specific regulations.
  • Act as a champion for data quality, accessibility, and integration across hundreds of internal and external systems.

Essentials:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) within complex, enterprise-scale environments.
  • Strong understanding of commercial finance processes, credit origination, and financial operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across web platforms, workflow/case management systems, BI tools, and back-office solutions.
  • Experience writing detailed epics and user stories, building long-term roadmaps, and managing testing cycles.
  • Familiarity with API ecosystems, data integration strategies, and external data partnerships.
  • Expertise with Agile delivery methodologies; experience working with multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, Confluence, and testing platforms.
  • Background in financial services or B2B software is a plus.

Applicable pay range

$111,045.00 - $166,567.00

DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.

This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
