  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support adherence to product development timelines and operating cadences.

  • Hold product managers and product analytics partners accountable for measuring business outcomes and user outcomes, not only adoption metrics.

  • Establish and maintain AI best practices for Product Operations, including how AI tools are used for analysis, delivery, and decision support.

  • Coach product managers and cross-functional partners on responsible and effective AI use, including when AI can improve speed and where human review is needed.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI-enabled tools and help drive adoption of practical solutions that reduce manual work.

  • Use AI tools to summarize information, draft analysis, and compare options more efficiently so you can spend more time validating decisions and improving the quality of product execution.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and sharing insights that improve team processes.

  • Provide consultative guidance that helps reduce ambiguity and improve clarity around roles, data, and decision rights.

  • Support preparation of presentations, status updates, and decision materials for product and leadership stakeholders.

  • Assist with special projects that improve product operating practices or support broader team priorities.

  • Help document workflows, standards, and best practices for Product Operations.

  • Experience working in healthcare technology is strongly preferred.

  • Experience in virtual care, front-end revenue cycle, or patient portal/patient experience work is preferred.

  • Proven ability to influence partners across functions and levels without direct authority.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear actions.

  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and adapting priorities as needed.

  • Self-directed approach to work with a focus on follow-through and accountability.
