Summary of the Role:

We're seeking a creative, collaborative, and motivated Product Marketing Manager who blends go-to-market excellence and analytical expertise to deliver against our business outcomes.

About the Role:

Customers, Markets, and Strategy

  • Turn customer insights into clear problem statements and opportunities.
  • Lead longer-range strategic thinking on product priorities, including market sizing and other data-driven projects.
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Research to shape go-to-market delivery.
  • Influence cross-functional teams to ensure propositions meet market requirements and deliver measurable outcomes.

Go-To-Market and Outbound Execution

  • Create and maintain differentiated messaging and proof points; ensure consistency across web, sales assets, demand gen, and in-product surfaces.
  • Commit to ongoing experimentation and learning with measurable business outcomes both individually and with cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to plan and execute campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, field events, and nurture programs; define audience, offers, and CTAs.
  • Build sales enablement content: pitch narratives, competitive battlecards, discovery guides, objection handling, demo scripts, and customer stories – actively partner with Sales.

About You:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in product marketing, marketing, product management, or closely related go-to-market roles.
  • Proven ability to develop portfolio- and product-level value propositions and translate them into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfort structuring ambiguous problems and synthesizing data into recommendations and outcome-driven action.
  • Experience planning and executing product launches and integrated GTM campaigns with measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams.
  • Growth mindset with a test-and-learn approach and strong bias for delivering business outcomes via iterative experiments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, data/analytics products, in high growth markets.
  • Prior experience working directly with Government customers at the State and Local levels with a good understanding of their buying behaviors and procurement processes.
  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM and various marketing and customer engagement tools (e.g., Pendo, Tableau, Gong, UserEvidence).

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $91,000 USD - $169,000 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
