Full Job Description
We are seeking a curious, analytical, results-driven, and execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product Marketing and is crucial in supporting our go-to-market initiatives, strengthening competitive positioning, and ensuring our messaging is consistent, differentiated, and grounded in real customer outcomes.

How You Will Impact Schoox

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, adoption, and growth.
  • Craft clear, differentiated product messaging and positioning grounded in customer outcomes and market needs.
  • Create and maintain high-impact content across formats (e.g., decks, web copy, demos, videos, collateral) for marketing, sales, and customer-facing channels.
  • Serve as a primary content contributor for Schoox's SEO and AEO strategy, applying L&D market expertise to write, edit, or refine blog posts and web content that articulate our differentiated capabilities and resonate with buyers.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to develop content and align campaigns with product messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets (e.g., one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, customer stories, solution briefs, training materials) in collaboration with Sales Enablement to support the buyer journey.
  • Develop end-to-end interactive demo experiences (e.g., Storylane) to effectively showcase product value throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support product launch coordination by aligning cross-functional teams, producing foundational product marketing documentation, and ensuring readiness across revenue and product teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success and leverage internal tools to gather field insights and continuously refine messaging, positioning, and enablement materials.
  • Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive research to inform positioning, strategy, and content development.
  • Analyze customer data, win/loss insights, and market trends to generate actionable insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance research, content creation, enablement efficiency, and overall marketing impact.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B SaaS or tech.
  • Direct experience in workforce learning, LMS, talent development, HCM, or adjacent HR Tech is required. Familiarity with L&D buyer needs, industry terminology, and the competitive landscape is expected from day one.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into compelling value propositions for HR, L&D, and operational buyers.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative inputs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across executive and operational audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI/LLM platforms to enhance research, competitive monitoring, content development, or other workflow efficiencies.
  • Proven success working cross-functionally and collaborating in a remote work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
