What You'll Get To Do:

The Product Marketing Manager should be seasoned, self-directed marketing professional responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives across OASYS and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) portfolios. In this role, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for deeply understanding the target audience's challenges and opportunities and succinctly explaining how the solutions help solve customer problems, developing and executing go-to market strategies that drive the growth of the product portfolio across multiple channels, with an emphasis on enhancing brand awareness and customer acquisition. The Product Marketing Manager will have a well-rounded skill set, including experience in public relations, product marketing management, budget management, cross functional collaboration while ensuring strong product performance and market presence. A key focus will be on strategic thinking, attention to detail and data-driven decision-making with the ability to manage product launches from start to finish. Additionally, provide clear guidance and support to team members to ensure successful product launches.

Product Marketing Management, Go-to-Market Strategy Development & Execution
  • Lead and mentor the Product Marketing Specialist, setting clear goals, providing regular feedback and fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure team alignment with organization objectives and professional development
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the OASYS and IAQ products across wholesale, ecommerce and digital channels
  • Take ownership of marketing research for launching new products and driving customer adoption
  • Develop customer personas and value propositions for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Drive initiatives to boost brand awareness and expand the customer base through marketing efforts and campaigns
  • Build positioning, value proposition, develop campaigns and messaging that resonate with target audiences, highlighting key product benefits
  • Lead the development and execution of product launches from ideation through to market introduction, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Continuously monitor product performance in the market, leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and gaps that can be addressed through marketing strategies
  • Utilize data, analytics, and performance metrics to make informed, strategic decisions that drive product success and optimize marketing efforts
  • Ensure products are positioned effectively in markets and are aligned with customer expectations
  • Monitor and report on product performance, working with the sales and product management teams to drive continued success in the market

Sales Enablement, Collateral Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with product management, sales, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Develop sales enablement materials including presentations, brochures, videos, training tools, competitive comparisons, and digital content
  • Support B2B and B2C marketing initiatives for the OASYS platform, including campaign development and content creation
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams to support product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement
  • Provide clear direction and leadership to marketing team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving product launch success and business objectives
  • Partner with the sales team to develop marketing collateral that supports sales efforts, including product brochures, presentations, videos, infographics and digital content
  • Provide ongoing sales support with content, and tools to enable effective sell-through of assigned products
  • Draft engaging, consumer-focused messaging for OASYS and IAQ products, focusing on benefits, features, and solutions for end-users

Budget, Trade Show and PR Management
  • Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets for assigned product categories
  • Support public relations initiatives including press releases, media outreach, and product announcements
  • Coordinate onsite marketing support for national and regional trade shows, customer events, product launches, and industry conferences
  • Manage trade show logistics, promotional materials, booth graphics, and marketing collateral
  • Partner with Sales to maximize lead generation opportunities before, during, and after trade shows
  • Support post-event reporting and marketing performance analysis

Qualifications

Education & Experience: Degree required/preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred Marketing, Business Management or other relevant discipline
  • 8 or more years of marketing experience in product marketing or product management, with a focus on go-to-market strategy development and execution
  • Proven experience in driving product growth, increasing brand awareness, and acquiring customers within a competitive market
  • Experience in leading successful product launches from concept through to execution
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and analytics to optimize marketing efforts and drive product success

The wage range of $125,000 - $135,000 is just one component of Panasonic's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.

The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
