Position Overview

As a Product Manager, you will lead the creation of innovative products that transform the car buying and selling experience. Your work will put Customer needs at the center of every decision, leveraging technology and data to deliver solutions that make their interactions with CarMax seamless and personalized. You’ll collaborate with design and engineering partners to build products that empower our Customers and Associates. This role combines strategic thinking, customer empathy, and technical expertise to drive CarMax’s mission of redefining the automotive industry.

Team Overview

You’ll lead a high-performing product team focused on discovering and delivering solutions that ultimately enhance the customer journey and drive measurable business value. Working cross-functionally, you’ll partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to create experiences that scale across digital and in-store channels.

Role Responsibilities
