The Revenue Operations Product Team (ROPS) is looking for a Product Manager to lead product solutions for critical patient support workstreams. This position is responsible for managing a product roadmap that uncovers opportunities to drive enhancement and value in the patient insurance education space. Results are achieved through expert relationship building, a bias toward action, and the ability to break down complex workflows into intuitive product solutions. As a key member of the team, the person in this role will have high visibility and autonomy in a strategic, cross-functional role, partnering closely with IT and business leaders to create systems and structures with lasting impact. This role may be considered hybrid and based out of our Denver WHQ and can be remote with approx. 25% travel for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for insurance management initiatives-from proactive discovery and investigative research to launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Survey the systems landscape to identify opportunities for enhancement. Use data and user insights to prioritize a roadmap that maximizes system efficacy and value delivery.
  • Act as a technical thought partner to translate operational pain points into clear product specifications, including detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and system workflow maps.
  • Partner closely with IT, Insurance Management operations leaders, Legal and Compliance teams, and others to build, test, and deploy solutions. Ensure all system changes are integrated seamlessly and mitigate Village risk.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to determine product readiness and ensure test scenarios reflect real-world operational workflows.
  • Codify best practices for systems work by introducing standardized templates, intake criteria, and SOPs that ensure deliverable quality and scalability.
  • Define and analyze business value metrics to measure product impact. Ensure post-launch success through gathering user feedback, tracking performance metrics, and resolving errors in system performance or data flow.
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on insurance systems. Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and data-driven results to executive leadership.


Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of product experience in an agile environment.
  • Insatiable curiosity and the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional skills in building relationships, ability to partner with technical and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly build expertise in unfamiliar domains, including writing requirements for software features and leading UAT processes.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver on tight deadlines within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience building health tech products from inception to launch preferred.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $78,000.00 - $119,000.00 per year.
