You'll work closely with Operations, Client Services, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, define product requirements, and help bring solutions from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce operational friction, and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with Operations, Client Services, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, and other stakeholders to understand business challenges and define product needs.
  • Translate complex financial, payment, and collections workflows into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with offshore and distributed engineering teams to clarify requirements, establish priorities, and support successful delivery.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, user behavior, workflow data, and operational challenges to inform product decisions.
  • Define and track success metrics related to adoption, automation, efficiency, accuracy, and operational impact.
  • Support the full product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, development, testing, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Coordinate product launches through documentation, stakeholder communication, training and enablement, and go-to-market support.
  • Ensure product solutions align with business, customer, technical, and compliance requirements.
  • Balance short-term priorities with opportunities to improve and scale the platform over time.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably within a technology-driven or operationally complex environment.
  • Experience in FinTech, payments, collections, debt recovery, lending, financial services, or financial workflow platforms strongly preferred.
  • Experience translating business needs and operational processes into clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies and working with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data and user feedback to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a fast-moving environment.
  • A collaborative, curious mindset and a genuine interest in understanding how things work and how they can work better.
