Full Job Description
As Senior Product Manager, your mission is to build, manage, and enhance our core platform and user experience across mobility solutions. In this role as Senior Product Manager, you will lead the design and development of new tools and services that enhance our member experience. What You'll Do: • Build a vision and own mission critical applications within platform and mobile applications • Partner with engineering to define product requirements and operational processes to scale core technology platform in support of short-term and longer-term goals • Design and implement end-to-end billing experiences platform including capabilities to support various pricing models, billing types, receivables management, reporting and analytics • Identify key partners and vendors, both business and technical, to support platform services strategies • Own and drive initiatives across mobile app and internal tools, with the ability to quickly prototype designs and iterate with UX teams • Partner with key internal stakeholders to drive improvements to platform health and member success KPIs that span platform and core user experience (e.g. funnel conversion, chargeback rate, etc.). Platform or technical product management background preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field, or a related business field • Ability to define technical platform requirements that connect to business needs using data to formulate hypothesis • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize backlogs, writing clear user stories that articulate desired customer functionality • Acts as a consultant for business verticals, being able to quickly grasp key objectives and translate these into billing service requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience leveraging business intelligence platforms for data-driven decision making • Familiarity with financial accounting principles, billing services and processes are a plus The annual starting salary for this position is between $140,000 - $160,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
