  • Support reporting and financial processes by collecting inputs, reviewing details for completeness, monitoring due dates, coordinating invoice or payment documentation, and routing questions to the appropriate subject matter experts
  • Help resolve member or customer escalations, appeals and grievances, market inquiries, operational questions, and vendor issues by gathering facts, organizing background information, documenting resolution steps, and tracking follow-through
  • Monitor open items related to network access, eligibility, digital experience, customer experience, reporting, and operational performance to identify risks, dependencies, and recommended next steps
  • Bring forward well thought-out recommendations that include supporting rationale, options considered, key risks, stakeholder impacts, and proposed next steps to help leaders make informed decisions
  • Create and maintain trackers, readiness checklists, meeting notes, reporting calendars, decision logs, and status updates that keep work organized, transparent, and aligned across stakeholders
