Full Job Description
We are hiring a Product Manager to join our Sauna360 Engineering team!

DISCOVER

As a Product Manager at Sauna360, you will guide products through their full lifecycle, from early concept to launch and beyond, helping ensure they meet real customer needs while delivering strong business results. You will partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Quality, and Project Management to bring ideas to life and keep products performing in market.

You will operate within a stage gate development model and serve as a key connection point across teams, translating customer and market insights into clear product direction. This includes building requirements, supporting business cases, and helping ensure alignment from concept through launch. If you are curious, collaborative, and customer focused, and you enjoy building products grounded in real customer insights, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing within a business that is investing in the future.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT
  • Do you enjoy taking products from idea to reality and seeing them succeed in market? Own assigned products across the full lifecycle, from early concept and discovery through development, launch, and ongoing performance, ensuring products deliver on customer needs, quality expectations, and business outcomes.
  • Can you turn real customer insights into meaningful product decisions? Gather and synthesize voice of customer input from customers, dealers, sales teams, and field data, translating those insights into clear product requirements, user experiences, and positioning strategies.
  • Are you at your best when collaborating across teams to deliver results? Act as a central connector across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Quality, aligning on priorities, managing trade-offs, and helping drive execution forward.
  • Do you thrive in structured product development environments where clarity and discipline matter? Lead product execution within a stage gate framework, ensuring milestones are met and that teams are prepared for successful, on-time product launches.
  • Can you build strategies and roadmaps grounded in data and market understanding? Develop product roadmaps, business cases, and competitive insights by combining market research, consumer trends, and analytical thinking, often taking a hands-on approach without dedicated research support.
  • Are you comfortable balancing technical, customer, and financial considerations? Make informed, data-driven recommendations that account for engineering feasibility, cost targets, margin expectations, quality outcomes, and the overall user experience.
  • Do you enjoy improving products already in market as much as launching new ones? Monitor performance across sales, margin, cost, and quality, and lead initiatives that enhance product value over time, including cost optimization and lifecycle improvements.
  • Can you bring ideas to life through clear and compelling communication? Build and deliver presentations and product stories that influence stakeholders and senior leadership, helping align teams and move initiatives forward.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including taking products from ideation through commercialization
  • Experience working with consumer products, with preference for durable goods or high-ticket products
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and stage gate processes
  • Experience with voice of customer, market insights, competitive analysis, and user-centered design concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to build product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to partner with engineering on design for manufacturability, cost, and quality considerations
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and project tracking tools such as Smartsheet
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including communication with senior leadership
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10 to 15 percent for dealer visits and conferences
