As a Vice President Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of client-facing lending solutions that transform complex processes into seamless digital experiences. You will drive end-to-end workflow modernization and straight-through processing (STP) across the lending lifecycle, enabling faster credit decisions, improved client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and scalable growth. With a strong commitment to client experience, scalability, resiliency, and operational excellence, you  will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations and creates measurable business value. **Job responsibilities** - Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital lending products and client-facing application. - Lead the digitization and process transformation of complex lending and credit origination processes. - Drive end-to-end (E2E) workflow modernization and straight-through processing (STP) initiatives to reduce manual touchpoints and improve efficiency. - Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs, business value, risk, and technology investments. - Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver intuitive, scalable, and compliant digital solutions. - Leverage data, customer insights, and market research to identify innovation opportunities and drive product decisions.
