Full Job Description
About the job

This position is needed to lead core provisioning and management for Twilio's sender onboarding. You will own user-facing sender administration and the orchestration needed to route customers through required setup and compliance steps across various lifecycle stages.

Your goal is to simplify sender selection, provisioning, and management to protect our communication foundation. You will improve a disjointed journey with a unified experience using intelligent state management, intent-based routing, and proactive nudges. You will also scale provisioning for high-volume growth by improving the sender recommender to help customers expand internationally, alongside delivering robust bulk purchasing and auto-scaling mechanisms. Ultimately, you will simplify sender complexity for all new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll:
  • Own and optimize core purchase workflows, including the sender recommendation experience, exclusive number provisioning, and essential workflows like porting and hosting to ensure a seamless acquisition process
  • Drive platform orchestration to ensure a unified experience by overseeing cross-console ingress and egress, managing complex checklist state management, and utilizing proactive nudges and intent-based routing to abstract away disjointed configuration steps and seamlessly guide customers to their desired outcomes
  • Lead cross-functional execution by partnering deeply with Engineering, Design, and KYC Product Managers to embed compliance initiatives, integrated intake forms, and autoregistration processes directly into the customer journey
  • Drive data-driven decision making by utilizing product analytics and building dashboards to monitor funnel health, track rigorous metrics and identify points of friction
  • Manage core product management duties, including end-to-end roadmap planning, ruthlessly prioritizing competing features, resolving cross-team dependencies, and aligning internal stakeholders on your product vision and strategy

Qualifications

Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. • Proven track record managing complex systems: experience managing core workflows and complex state-management systems
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to partner deeply with Engineering to understand technical requirements, navigate complex system architectures, and resolve cross-team dependencies
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Command of analytical thinking skills with the ability to use product analytics and quantitative data to monitor metrics, drive decisions, and measure outcomes
  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to align and influence Engineering, Design, and compliance stakeholders
  • Execution & Dealing with Ambiguity: Initiative, ownership, and accountability to break down complex problems, build clear roadmaps, and ruthlessly prioritize competing features in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Desired:
