Title: Product Manager
Reporting to: Senior Director, Product Management
Location: Denver, CO
Employee Category: Salary, Exempt
POSITION DESCRIPTION:As a Product Manager, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to translate product strategy and customer insights into a roadmap of prioritized, well-defined user stories. You will own the strategy, backlog, and delivery of one or more products within our portfolio of luxury travel experiences-spanning member-facing web and mobile applications, internal tools for our concierge and ambassador teams, and partner-facing platforms. The scope of this role may evolve over time as the company and team grow.
Our Engineering team is AI-forward by culture and conviction. We build with and alongside AI-including Claude-and we are looking for a PM who shares that mindset. We want someone who sees AI as a lever for better member experiences and team efficiency, not just a buzzword.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own and maintain a strategic product roadmap; translate business goals and user insights into a prioritized backlog of well-defined stories in Jira
- Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and engineering, clearly representing business needs while championing the end user
- Partner closely with engineering and design (Figma) to provide real-time feedback, unblock decisions, and maintain shared clarity on goals and acceptance criteria
- Define success metrics and KPIs for your product areas; use behavioral data from tools like Clarity and FullStory to inform prioritization and validate outcomes
- Conduct ongoing discovery-user interviews, session recordings, support trends-and feed learnings directly into product strategy
- Communicate roadmap status, risks, and decisions clearly and proactively to stakeholders at all levels
- Evaluate and advocate for AI-powered features and tooling-including Claude-that improve member experience or team effectiveness
- Know when to say "not now" versus "no"-you are not done when you find a solution
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: - 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally with consumer-facing digital products
- Proficiency with agile tools and workflows-comfortable writing stories in Jira, running sprint ceremonies, and iterating toward outcomes
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities and make clear, data-informed tradeoffs
- Familiarity with behavioral analytics tools such as Clarity or FullStory; comfort deriving actionable insights from usage data
- Experience working alongside design in Figma-able to review wireframes, provide feedback, and collaborate on prototypes
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; high EQ
- Servant leader mindset-energized by unblocking your team and removing ambiguity
- Understands MVP concepts and can ship value incrementally without waiting for perfection
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools (e.g., Claude) and how to apply them to product and workflow problems
- Highly detail-oriented-ability to plan, organize, develop roadmaps, and negotiate solutions with business stakeholders
- BA/BS in a relevant field or commensurate experience
