  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, Data, Marketing, Operations, and business collaborators to deliver valuable customer and business solutions.
  • Drive Agile product execution by defining epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, supporting UAT, managing dependencies, and removing delivery impediments.

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Senior Product Managers to grasp and fulfill product strategy.
  • Develop knowledge of business strategy, customer experience strategy, and enterprise priorities.
  • Contribute customer insights and data-driven recommendations to roadmap discussions.
  • Develop understanding of participant and non-participant journeys and how products support broader business outcomes.
