Full Job Description
The Product Manager for Idelvion will support the brand marketing strategy and lead execution across patient channels.

This role is responsible for driving brand growth and equity through insight-driven marketing focused on patient education, adoption, and advocacy. The individual will support the digital promotional strategy and media communications plan, ensuring alignment with all brand objectives.

A key aspect of this role is leading cross-functional collaboration to execute an integrated, multi-channel promotional program, with strong engagement across Analytics, Market Insights, Patient Access, and Field Sales.

Success in this position requires the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while demonstrating leadership, strategic and innovative thinking, and data-driven decision making.

Additional responsibilities include supporting annual brand planning, agency management, congress presence, and budget oversight.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Reporting to the Marketing Director for IDELVION, support and execute the annual strategic and marketing plan for the hemophilia B patient segment, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and customers
  • Develop and execute multi-channel promotional programs (digital, website, mobile, CRM, etc.) to ensure effective reach and engagement
  • Drive opportunities to reinforce competitive strategy, ensuring strong market positioning and readiness to address evolving competitive dynamics.
  • Identify and support market research initiatives, including patient advisory boards, to inform brand strategy and decision-making
  • Establish and track key performance metrics across patient acquisition, retention, behavioral shifts, channel effectiveness, and overall brand performance
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen patient messaging to drive switching within prioritized patient segments
  • Oversee patient advocacy strategy, including convention planning, execution, and relationship management with key advocacy organizations
  • Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency and optimize resource allocation
  • Direct agency and vendor partners to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables within allocated budget
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, thought leaders, and patient advocacy groups
  • Collaborate with internal legal, regulatory, and medical review teams to develop compliant and effective patient deliverables
  • Manage OPEX budget and monitor performance to ensure cost-effective delivery of programs


Qualifications:
  • Bachelors' degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences or Healthcare Discipline; MBA preferred
  • 5-7 years' experience in Sales and Marketing or related experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
  • 1-2 years' product management experience


Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in marketing directly to consumers and patients, preferably within rare disease or specialty healthcare markets
  • Strong marketing acumen with a proven understanding of brand strategy, market research, segmentation, positioning, and tactical execution
  • Experience developing and executing integrated omnichannel campaigns across digital, print, video, CRM, and other customer engagement channels
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology reimbursement, payer, and market access landscapes
  • Demonstrated passion for patient-centric marketing, with the ability to translate patient insights and unmet needs into meaningful, engaging experiences and impactful campaigns
