Full Job Description

Own and define the strategic direction for one or two product pillars in close partnership with the Product Strategy team. Ensure alignment with overarching business objectives and accountable, measurable outcomes, driving execution through cross-functional teams. Lead and influence stakeholders across functions to deliver high-impact initiatives, using data-driven insights to guide decisions and optimize results.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Relationship Management
  • Inspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage interactions and resolve conflicts with business partners and customers through strong networking and teamwork.
  • Understand internal and external stakeholder challenges and incorporate insights into execution strategies.
  • Advocate for innovative and creative approaches to problem-solving and product development.

Initiatives Management
  • Define goals, standards, and execution plans while accounting for constraints and opportunities.
  • Facilitate clarity and alignment on goals across a growing organization.
  • Drive product strategy formulation and ensure decisions are grounded in data and metrics.
  • Provide clear objectives that enable teams to independently prioritize work.
  • Evaluate cross-product and intangible impacts of strategic decisions.
  • Develop actionable strategy and execution recommendations.
  • Own full lifecycle responsibility for a product pillar—from strategy through delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare
  • Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in Product Management
  • Healthcare domain experience

  • Masters in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, Healthcare
  • Payment Integrity domain expertise
